    Hi All,

I've had a 2005 Prerunner TRD and now I have a 2012 Prerunner, non TRD. In my experience the TRD rode hard and handled tighter but was squirrely. The non TRD is a softer ride and still decent for what it is on handling. I have larger non OEM tires as well.

I think of the truck as more of an urban terrain vehicle. There are some really crappy streets and hills in L.A. and I find myself on them a lot.

I'd like to hear recommendations on the Best street performance suspension. Shocks sway bars?

    Thanks!

Which TRD version are you referring to, sport or off road? Are you wanting to lift the truck?

What tires are you running? A set of high-quality p-metrics will go a long way to a nice on-road feel.

As far as suspension parts, 5100s will always be an improvement over stock regardless of if you're going on or off road.

If you want better handling and ride go with icons and get some big rugged terrains.

I did an ironman lift for a buddy a while back and was pleasantly surprised of the outcome. Made my ome lift feel rough. Its a little lift but nothing i wouldnt live with

Long travel hands down. The increased track width and low CG equates to ridiculous cornering and street hooning ability.

Where can you get LT for 5 grand? It's double that by the time it's all said and done! Hey, OP didn't give a price range. :D
