Has anyone's e brake locked

    3" revtek suspension 265/75/16 Dakota m/t's Front mount Badland winch/ reciever 12" subwoofer 1100 watt amp RR diff lockers
    Has anyone's e brake on the automatics stayed stuck after you release the e brake, I released it and the front wheels stayed locked and the truck didn't wanna move

    Yea but it's the rear wheels that the ebrake works on not the front...

    Mine did for the first time this past weekend. I locked / unlocked it a few times but nothign fixed it, I finally left it unlocked and put my truck in 4L with the locker engaged and it broke free.

    My back tires spun front were locked, it unlocks if you turn off ignition and restart it again,

    If your front tires were locked, that's not your e-brake like jerez said.

    x2, e-brake has nothing to do with the front. The e-brake operates the rear drums by means of a cable. I just had mine freeze up on me this past week (driver's side rear froze so the passenger side spun since it's an open diff). If your front is locking up, you have other issues.

    sounds like something is going on with the traction control...if it unlocks when you cycle the key

    My rear wheels have locked after putting the boat in the water and letting the truck sit. I had to put it in 4Lo to break 'em loose... Guess I didn't wash it down enough.
