I bought a used Toyota factory roof rack for my 2013 Double Cab. Two of the screws have damaged threads, so I would like to replace them. I need two of the wafer head screws that secure the front of the plastic rack to the front metal mounting plate that bolts in the channel. I would happily buy the mounting kit if I could find one for sale, as I have seen the screws packaged from toyota. My local dealer wasn't much help.

    Thank you!

They are M6x14mm wafer head screws. I'd imagine most hardware stores would have something that works, but that's the size you need. Hope that helps.

Right, M6 x 16 wafer head, torx drive. Can't find any locally in any drive style, not a lot small fine thread metric fasteners available. There are several thread pitches in the metric fastners, and I can only find the coarse thread pitch used in industry/construction.

Contact them, they are Sullivan Toyota, I purchased my rack from them off Amazon, and then needed the screws because I lost them, they helped me out.

I sourced some stainless metric screws from eBay.
