    Don't count on it.

Even in their advertising, the 2.0 ecoboost gets 2-4mpg worse than my 2.7.

There were a lot of overinflated MPG numbers coming from Ford early on. Most of the ads have been corrected (or just removed references to fuel economy other than a general "it gets great mileage!")... but there are a lot of Ford fanbois quoting unrealistic numbers... and owners not properly calculating their numbers and reporting them online.

The mileage isn't much less than the Tacoma. With the hypertech interceptor, my crewmax on 20s avgs 15 and I don't baby it. I love having all the power that comes with my 5.7 liter and my big ass actually fits in this truck. You will definitely have a truck that will pull what you want and not have a single problem doing it.

One other thing though... Is your truck paid for? Is there anything sweeter than a paid off truck... Ha. Well maybe a 4x4 tundra with a lift and some nice wheels

You won't regret the extra power ....as mention above, the turning radius isn't that great, but you get used to it..
