I have a 2007 Tacoma Pre-Runner and was wondering what size bolt holds the washer fluid reservoir to the inside frame of the truck? I believe there are two.

If its a 10mm head like I think it is, the bolt size is M6x1.0, can't help you with the length. If the head is 12mm, then M8x1.25 is the diameter and thread pitch.
