My 95 2.7l 4WD Tacoma sputters real bad when accelerating under load. I've replaced sparkplugs, wires, coil, cap and rotor MAF, fuel and air filters recently along with a valve adjustment. Checked EGR, air gap for distributor reluctor and fuel pressure and are in specs. Don't have a scope but attached timing light to all plug wires and get a misflash when accelerating and no flash when throttle is snapped closed. I'm at the end of my ropes. Any suggestions?

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
I'm going to guess Crank Position Sensor, Ignition Control Module, Coolant Temp Sensor or as a last resort swap a known good Engine Control Module.

Check all vacuum hoses for leaks.

I'd check for codes first (a bad knock sensor could give you those symptoms as it fixes the timing at a safe value). Also look very carefully at the intake ducting to make sure it isn't cracked allowing in unmetered air. Sometimes under load it can move ever so slightly to reveal a split yet look ok at idle in your driveway.
