Shock springs on the front drivers side making noise

    Me and my girlfriend went riding out in the snow today. It was fine until I went through a small creek, then I was hearing a noise everytime I made a turn or hit a bump. Could I have gotten water up in it or something?

    It's a noise like an old truck door makes but it's coming from the shocks
