I know this is petty of me since it has nothing to do with the actual quality of the UCA but it still made me look at them and think "hmm... weird."

I purchased your tubular UCAs and when I took them out of the box I noticed the stickers were a thick plastic and that they were all gooey and half peeled off. (I tried to stick them back on but they keep pulling off the metal because they are a thick plastic and the adhesive isn't working)

I wouldn't have said anything except for the fact I read someone else's post about them who said he had the same issue when he got them. Everything else looks awesome and wheeler offroad did a great job setting me up with what I needed from you guys but just wanted to give my .02 to maybe prevent the issue in the future. And thanks again for such an awesome product.

Here is the setup I picked up from wheeler...

Icon 2.5 ext travel coilovers w/700# coils
    Icon 2.0 rear shocks
Icon tubular uni-ball UCA with covers
Wheeler 1.5" heavy duty 3 leaf progressive AAL

    Ian,

We have a new sticker on order and would be glad to send you a set that will not do this. We are aware of it and have pulled them from packaging at this point. PM us your info and we will send new ones out as soon as they get here. Appreciate the feed back and look forward to seeing the final install pics!!

I think you are refering to me as the other guy whos stickers peeled off. I just made my own, still a happy camper.

X3 glad Icon stands behind thier stuff, makes me feel good about going with thier product.

OP your gonna love that set up. It makes the truck a totally different animal.

Honestly you may not notice the difference between your set up and a uni-ball. I've seen the light racing UCA's preform pretty well. Really your only getting more strength out of the uni ball but you really have to beat the truck to take advantage of the design. I would really like to compare the two. But any who I love my Icon stuff and the truck will really flex without it's sway bar.

Right on that's good to hear. I'm really excited to get them on my truck. Will be doing the install of the whole kit on the 18th so ill post pics when it's done. I was going to just do what you did with the stickers you got but I only got one that would fit on the UCA haha. At least we know they fixed this issue for future buyers.

And yes, definitely awesome customer service with the Icon rep. He got back to my PM in like 3 minutes and assured me they would make it right. Super impressed.

We have them and should have gone out....Obviously we are trusting the mail system to get them there, not a problem to resend. I will look into this tomorrow and let you know.

OMG !!!!! Complaining about stickers is lame, if you use the truck hard, any sticker will come off, and in that location, with all that debris and water hitting them, even etched logos will definitely wear off, I would be more worried about the performance and durability of the components that are used in the manufacture of the suspension that you bought.

That is unless you have a mall crawler that will never see dirt or water...........

I know you are just trying to start an argument but I guess I will respond.. I wrote this because I know when you have a successful business you care about your product and I wanted to let them know that their stickers weren't adhering well. In my original post I said it wasn't a big deal but that I had seen someone else also have the issue. Just a QC issue. They sent me enough stickers in my original purchase to keep any mall crawler happy.

Sorry just expressing my opinion, If it worried me that much, I would had contacted them directly and resolved it with them, not posted it in a public forum, if they would had ignored me then I would have posted it, anyhow, I'm glad you have your stickers and everything is right with you
