I bought the racks themselves off craigslist and then had to buy new hardware from the company so they would lock into the rail system.

so the racks come with a brand new: TracONE Tacoma Mount Kit w/Toolbox Mount

The tie down loops will prob need to be replaced soonish, one is already showing a side split. It looks like the replacement is multi-function and better designed: http://www.tracrac.com/accessories/crossbar-tiedown-loadstop

the one with a split might be epoxy-able, hard to say.


the original owner of the tracOne drilled holes so he could bolt it to his truck -- did not use the rail mounting hardware.



the feet and the top of the rack area show wear to surface.


structurally it's like new - these things are tough.
