I got 1996 with a 3.4 well after replaceing the battery with a new one. I been noticing the battery warning light coming on for about 30 sec to minuet at random. I'm thinking maby my alternator might be going bad...it never affects any performance or operation.

Measure the voltage? Should be around 14 Volts.

The battery light comes on when the alternator output drops below a certain threshold. Not battery related so the alternator is going. It might just need new brushes. They are easy to replace.

With all the mis-spellings in your postings, I'm having trouble understanding the problem. I read it 5 times to try and make sense of it.

A better posting gets better answers.

The battery light is activated by the difference in the voltage between the charging system and the battery. If you are getting above 16 VDC at any temperature, you risk damaging your ECU and other electrical/electronics in your vehicle. The normal charging system output will be between 13.5 to 14.2 VDC at 77 degrees F. The voltage regulator is temperature compensating, so you will have lower charging voltages in higher temperatures and the reverse.
