    Those look like some nice shackles. I'm sure I'll eventually get new shackles once I get an idea of the ride height so I can get a little more lift if needed. How much longer than stock are those?

    My current shocks are a couple inches too short at droop but there aren't a ton of options available so the Billy's will work. Eventually if I need something else I can always change them out if I find something better or do a different style shock mount.

    I think he was talking about the shackles not the shackle flip.

    Yea I'm stoked I finally found a spot to flex it lol. Definitely happy with how it works. I do see my hockey pucks are slightly off center from where the bumps compress but good enough.

    They open quicker but the screw latch won't ever surprise you. I've heard of a few guys having them open when they did not want them to... ;)

    Yea I agree that it would be more difficult for the screw to back out than for the latch to unlatch. But it is a pita to open the back of my truck now lol

    :rofl: took me a few reads to understand that… yea to un screw the latch its like a tiny little steering wheel haha

    the latches are strong as shit, and the swing out can be out while driving without damaging it… :spy:

    When I was at moab last year I set up camp and then it started raining so we jumped in the truck to watch a movie and wait for craig and ant and steve to get there.. when they were close I drove up to the entrance to meet them and forgot to close the swing out. its a much rougher road than the road to fred's cabin, and the swing out was fully out with 6 gallons of gas and a spare tire. Some how the screw that was sitting on top of the rotopax cans even stayed there for the 3 mile drive lol.
