Is it possible too have to much Caster....recently put a 3" Toytec CO lift with LR UCA's(set at the "D" position,+2.0), and 285/70/17 Dura-Trac's. Had my Performance shop do an alignment with the tech getting me as much caster as possible...ended up with 3.2* Caster/0.0* Camber/0.1* Toe(both sides pretty close to each other).....Great right?...Not even close..
Sounded like the perfect numbers until I drove it at highway speeds (55-80mph), trucks seems to want to really "read" the road surface,, almost too well, the slightest deviation in surface(crown, grooved concrete, rutted asphalt),tires grabs every contour on the road surface, and pulls towards it, then corrects itself. I'm constantly correcting the wheel, almost like I would with NOT enough Caster dialed in, (minus the bump steer). Was also wondering if the larger lugged tires might cause it to be steering sensitive. Tires are brand new and Road Force balanced..Maybe resetting UCA's to different setting?...Stumped...:notsure:

Not sure about the Caster but I know that my caster is set at 3.2 for the drivers side and it drives great. New tires will tend to grip the road and move left and right with the slightest difference in terrain. I have MTRs on my truck and if I drove on roads that have a crack on them my tires tend to dig into the crack and follow it.

FWIW, have look underneath and maybe put a wrench on the cambolts. Possibly the shop did not tighten / torque them. I believe I did mine at factory spec of 100 foot pounds which is a lot of effort on a normal wrench.

Maybe the adjustment slipped or is moving.

Not saying this is the problem, just something to check.

Satoshi'd grill. blacked out badges. aftermarket sound system. De-chromed and color matched. OME 885s + Dakars with 3rd leaf removed. LR UCAs. Scs stealth 6 with 285 duratracs. BAMF sliders
Its probably the tires, are you coming from stock tires? Wider tires will cause this, also tires with knobby tread like duratracs. You alignment sounds pretty much perfect to me.

x2, just sounds like those new wider tires doing what they do best at highway speeds.
