Unless it's a Toyota dealership, don't hold your breath and I'm not fond of Toyota dealers either.

It's a Honda Dealership. I want them to atleast diagnose the problem free of charge so i don't spend more money just to have someone run tests and diagnose the problem.

Your probably better off at Honda than Toyota. Sad.

    UPDATE:
The dealer just called me and replaced the spark plugs and wires and the CEL is off now. Hope it stays off!

What brand did they replace them with? If they didn't use NGK or Denso that light will come back. I told you previously to find out what brand they're using.

Despite your best efforts, you won't be able to cripple this truck.

I bought mine 3 years ago with 220k on it. Got all ambitious and changed spark plugs, air filter etc. and managed to leave one of the ignition coils unplugged (3.4l) which threw the CEL on. Drove it for 200 miles or so before I got it plugged back in. Also drove the thing around in 4wd with bigger tires on the rear than the front (came that way from the dealer) and put lots of unnecessary stress on the transfer case - still wheels like a champ.

Since then I've learned a lot. These trucks are easy to work on and this site is a great resource.

One other thing I did when I bought it was replace the radiator as a preventative measure against the transmission cooler corroding and mixing trans fluid with coolant (in retrospect, I don't know how widespread this issue was, but read enough internet horror stories and a $150 radiator wasn't too bad to swap out and that has served me well so far.)

Love this thing - it's got 267,000 on it now and still runs great. Everything just works. Congrats on the purchase!

Drive the truck about 1500 miles and CEL came on again today wih same p0300 code. Hopefully not anything too expensive. I had spark plugs and wires changed. Any suggestions?
