I went off road about 100 feet and a itty bitty little tiny tree got jammed up and broke the shifter cable on my 07 4x4 access cab. After stopping because it was making a bunch of loud scraping noises underneath I wanted to stop and look at it but I couldn't move it from "D". I can get it to move now after rigging it up and until I get my new cable Tuesday. The issue is not that the ABS and Brake light are on and I looked everywhere underneath and there are no other broken cables or ABS wires. My truck is all stock and well maintained with 104K on it. Never had anything broke before.

Replacing the cable will be easy but not sure what is up the lights. I didn't know if somehow they were connected and maybe I just needed to get Autozone to clear the code or something.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks
