selling xbox 360 how much?

so i never play the 360 anymore and need some money. It is the pro 20gb edition. I have a platform cooler (will link below) 1 extra controller, battery charger (i have rechargable batteries on controllers) and i will list the games i will sell:

Battlefield Bad Company
Stuntman:ignition
Grand Theft Auto IV:with the Lost and the Damned package
Rainbow six Vegas 2
Army of two
and Dirt

i also have a 1 year membership with xbox live (idk if that can be switched over?)

how much could i get out of all this? i refuse to get ripped off by the game stop guys. i know they will only give me maybe 200 for all this.
