I have a 2013 5 lug Tacoma on 33x12.50 with stock gears. theres quite a power loss from the stock 27s so I want to regear to 4.56. Ive searched around and found some sites say they have 8 inch gears and others saying they are 8.4 so does anyone know what size gears I need for my truck?

I have the same truck with 31-10.5-15's and just ordered a 4.56 third member from ECGS based on their reccomendation to regain power, some mileage, and be able to tow my work trailer. They said its an 8.4 although it actually measures at 8. (However that works)
