I want to go OME for my 07 dcsb. I really dont want to spend the $600 for uca's if I dont have to. The lift kit alone is enough money plus new tires. Thanks guys!

I have the OME setup with the 9000 shocks and 885x w/out aftermarket UCAs on my 07 dcsb v6. I've been running this setup for months now with no problems... Aligned just fine too. But now I'm saving up for mid-travel need more ARTICULATION!!!

OME complete kit w/ 885s on Nitrocharger Sports, 1/4" spacers, Dakars w/ Nitrocharger Sports, LR UCAs, 265/70-17, Duratracs, G4 Elite tonneau, Weathertech Window Deflectors, Weathertech digital floor liners, factory JBL/Entune, rear differential breather relocate.
You can get LR UCAs for less than $400. Very popular and then you won't have to worry. It's pretty hit or miss from everything I've read when it comes to getting a good alignment without new UCAs.

That has nothing to do with UCAs. It all depends on the coil and where you set them if using 5100s. So technically you could need them for 5100s.

I would do the 5100's but my truck has 102k miles on it so I want to replace everything fresh. I dont trust the rear leaves with aal or blocks with the mileage and seeing people on here with broken ones.

I ran with ome and stock ucas for 6 months. Alignment wasn't great and it wandered a little, but it was liveable. It can be done, but it isn't optimal.

yea like brian (burghlar) said I don't have any trouble. I have nitrocharger shocks all the way around, 885x springs, trim packer, sway bar relocation kit, and 2" AAL and I have no rubbing issues. and I run 285s. so youll be fine. and even if u wanted to get UCAs you don't have to spend $600. Light Racing UCAs are like $450 if im not mistaken. and those are the ones I plan on getting.
