    Noob here, pardon the noob-ness.

Have had an 03 Tacoma Prerunner xtracab 3.4lv6 for the last 11 years, 135k. Starting to want to do a couple things to it - I have a few questions for those that know way more about this stuff.

1.) I think my shocks are blown or on the way out...rough ride, I think they definitely need to be replaced. I have rallied the truck semi-offroad pretty hard in the past. Any shock suggestions? Looking to order some and have them installed by someone, what kind of labor $$ am I looking at? So far thinking Bilstein or rancho shocks?

2.) similarly, my truck squeaks/creaks going over bumps, etc. Is this the CV boot? any suggestions there as well? What kind of labor cost for replacement am I looking at here?

3.) aftermarket headrests? My headrests are blown out, the metal frame inside bangs the back of your head. Any place I can order these?

4.) Any tips on recharging the AC?

Thanks for any advice you can give!
