Bilstein 5100's all around with OME 885s in front . 265/75/16. 5k hid, Fog 3k. Anytime fog light mod. Grillecraft upper and lower. Firestone airbags. Daystar Cradles. Illuminated 4x4 switch. Scan Guage II. LR UCA.
I already am running 5100's front and rear and set at 1.85 in front stock rear leafs no tsb and have had no issues. Now wanting to buy the eibach coils for the front and set bilsteins at .85 and adding 2in add a leafs in the rear. Would I pose any or many negatives of doing so? Any diff drop and vibration concerns any more excessive wear on the axles? would only be what 2.5-3in lift?

its at 1.75 not 1.85, but you should be good as I am doing a similar setup soon. Your alignment might be off at 2.5" requiring new UCA's LR are around $400. Yes your axles will wear more naturally the more you lift it being 4x4 but 2.5-3 you should be ok

    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
Anytime you lift you're putting additional stress on the driveline... You may vibe, you may not. You may need diff drop, you may not... Really depends on your truck.

Why go with eibach if you are going to set 5100s at .85? Just go with OME 885s that get you 2.5 lift. No need to pre-load the springs if you are spending the money on lifting springs to begin with. I would go eibach w/ 5100s set at 0 for 1.6 inches of lift or OME 885 set at zero to get 2.5 inches of lift.
    Your choice though.

setting the 5100's at .85 and the eibach give 1.6 with basically 2.5in lift correct? the 885's would be a better choice your saying? assuming running the 885s is ok?

I would rather get the 2.5 lift from springs only instead of reducing the travel on shocks due to pre-loading them to get the lift. JMO though. Read through a lot of the suspension threads and see what you think. Plus you get a smoother ride.

Most likely anything over 2.5" you will need adjustable UCAs. I had 2.5" in the front on my last truck and caster was screwed up. Pretty much everything everyone else is saying is good info.
