Heyo. Long time lurker. I was off roading yesterday, i went over an easy roller that was a little offset. I flexed as i was going over it and heard a pop or a big clunk or bump from the ass end.i have the leveling spacer in the front and over load leafs in the back. What could it be? Bump stops? I didn't think they would be so loud.

I've had the same problem for a long while. After checking the torque on every bolt under the rear (i did find two bolts missing that hold the bed to the frame) I was able to narrow it down to the shocks not having enough travel. I had my wife drive my truck in and out of the driveway flexing it while I hung off of the sliders trying to diagnose the noise. Maybe you could do something like that to identify the issue.

It clunked once while you were offroading?

    Are you hearing it anymore?

Have you crawled underneath the truck to take a look around for obvious things? Things that are out of place, came loose, danging.....

No nothing dangling. I did the same roller and it does it when im at the climax of the flex. I got under there and i could see the dirt was rubbed away on the bump stop. In turn flexing my bed. it don't hurt nuthin
