265/75/15 BFG Long Trails

So a guy on craigslist has a set of Pathfinder All Terrains for a steal of a price. They're 31.5x10.5x15. Will that diameter and width fit my 5 lug without significant rubbing?? Also, are these tires high quality?? I dont do any real offroading considering i have a 5-lug, nothing more than a dirt or gravel road really. Just looking for a more aggressive look and bigger size really. Thanks for any help.
