CEL light

    881 Front coils, Bilstien 5100's all the way front set to "0" Icon Dynamic's mini leafs in rear, stock tires.
    It on for a day than off for maybe a month, I asked a person at a parts store if they could scan the computer for codes, he said only if the light is on, it came on again last night, will most likely be off when I start the engine later today. I am sure the gas cap is tight, 60K miles on the trk.Any thoughts?

    It should store past codes even when the cel is off.

    It'll read even if the lights not on, the reason it keeps coming on is because the code is pending in you computer

    Well the auto parts stores that offer that service say it won't pull the code if the light is off.
