I currently have my HU's iPod cable routed into the glovebox in my Tacoma, and it's kinda annoying to have it further away from me, like if/when I have to change something on my phone. Is there a way to route the cable into the glove box or in front of the center console?

Yea should be able to run it anywhere you want in the cab so long as the cable is long enough. It's an aftermarket unit right? USB plug?
