I am new to this form. I have a 2013 Tacoma TSS 2.7. I just pit a 3" toytec suspension lift on it. What size can I upgrade with minimal to no rubbing?

Anything bigger requires new uca and some trimming.

I had my 285/70/17s on without after market UCAs for about a year, no Issues. Did need to do the cab mount chop to prevent rubbing at full turns. I have heard if you dont offroad much you can get away from the cab mount chop. So you should be able to get 285s.

Alot of people are going to tell you to use the search function to look it up.

If you're going up a size, be ready to trim. Cab mount chop recommended, but manageable without. I'm running 295/70/17 with a lot of trimming. Plenty doable though.
