Need help with failed 2nd key program

Using the popular smart key programmer from ebay, I have somehow either disabled both my master and 2nd key, or I'm stuck in program mode. I used to work at the Lexus dealership where I've done this kind of thing many times before (toyota products are wonky in their programming, it's not just our trucks), and now I can't get the truck to start. I've tried the procedure a couple of times to the T. It's possible the only hang up is when I do the 5 ignition cycles my timing isn't perfect because the key cylinder itself seems to have a sweet spot you have to get just right or it hangs up mid cycle.

Now, there is no red security light flashing (doesn't it normally flash when the truck is off?) Also, now when I put in either key, the security light is on solid.

I tried multiple cycles to try and get it out of program mode but that hasn't work either.

Any help would be appreciated.
