At minimum wage, how can you afford a $21500 truck?

 

I'm 16 years old, it's my first truck. My dads buying it for me.

but once he spends alot of money on a truck like that for me, he's not going to be forking out a bunch of money for mods.

 

i found mine at a dealer in Dallas 4x4 trd offroad loaded and lifted just look around a bit

Damn I need your parents. My first car was $1200 and I had to pay for it. Learned soem valuable lessons though. Good luck with the 4x4.

Get the Prerunner TRD OR...The rear locking diff. is all you'll need for what you wanna do w/ it

 

Thats a pretty nice looking truck but I doubt he put in over $30k in mods though. Maybe like $3-6K tops.

Buy a brand new truck with 4x4. You can get a Regular cab 4x4 stick for under 19k and prolly get an Xcab for under 21,500. For me longevity is way more important than "cool" looks. I wouldnt spend over 20k for a 4 year old truck even though it does have a lot of mods but that is just my opinion. Plus if you buy a new truck it most likely comes with a lifetime powertrain warranty, how much is that worth to you?
