07 Tacoma SR5 4x4 access cab

Hi all, I am looking at purchasing new rims and tires. Question being will the work together properly on my stock 07 access cab 4x4. I am looking at 16x9 wheels with a -12 offset and 265/75/16 MT tires. I am pretty sure the size should be good but is the 9" wide rim to wide for this tire, and is the -12 offset too much for the wheel well and stock suspension? Any advice someone may have about this would be much appreciated. Thanks!
