Need help with clunk noise

Hey guys. So I have a 11 tacoma dcsb and have been having this clunk for about two weeks now. It happens when I come to a stop and let off the brakes lightly it clunks. Sometimes even when I'm on the freeway and I try to pass I can sometimes feel this clunk. Seems to be coming from the rear. I'm thinking it might be coming from the diff? What do you guys think about this?
