Those of you with factory optioned daytime running lights, when you turn your headlights on at night do they dim and stay on, or do they turn off?

    Thank you for any input

I installed some Phillips led DTRL and I was worried that the cops would have a reason to pull me over at night as when I turn my headlights on, my DTRL go into dim mode. I'd hate to give them a reason to pull me over.

    Thanks zach

I wired mine up to stay on full time (I have switchbacks tho)

i dont have dtrls from factory, so i got power from the fuse box (any fuse that gets triggered by the ignition)
and ran it to the 3rd hole behind the plugs...

now you have stock dtrls so they stay on using the portion of the turn signal inside the bulb as to mine uses the 2nd portion of the bulb (and i have switchback leds)

you would have to disable your stock module and run new wiring like it did...
