A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
What's your budget and what do you intend to use your truck for with the lift?

Lifts are one of those things where you generally get what you pay for. That being said if you want something cheap, but not as expensive as a full kit, maybe look into 5100's all round and keep stock springs or go for eibachs up front, and throw in an AAL. Will run you past 400 but is on the cheaper end of a nice lift.

EDIT: look in here for results of 5100/eibachs

Save the $400 and save up more. Do it once and do it right. Don't skimp. Thank me later.

I bought All-Pro 3" Coil-overs for $700 back in 2004. Have put 130k on them through some tough rides and they are doing great.
they are now $800 almost dbl what you want to pay.
But if you are just driving to work and back why buy these?
