Sorry OP BUT my frame still looks  that good and was replaced in '09...

Still has one of the stickers up front also and living in NH we see PLENTY of sand/salt treatments ALL winter long.........Mine gets a bath ; both under & over before $hit gets to stick and will be getting a "retirement" to Florida this month....

My advice, check out the dealerships "rep" who actually did the re-frame ; then make a decision.....My total time without was 16 days BUT these guys worked in my favor....;) and this Tacoma should easily last till my Granddaughter can drive it...:D

As a Toyota tech I can tell you there is nothing wrong with purchasing a truck with a replaced frame. The new frames we use have different alloys in the steel to prevent the rust problem. When we replace them the bed and cab are removed and the drive train and all suspension components are switched to the new frame. All of the brake lines are replaced. I would have now worries buying a Tacoma with a new frame under it.

New frame doesn't worry me as long as they fixed the original problem in the first place...Seems as if they have....Just covering all my bases....Thank Ya'll for the advise.
