Hey all, Tax season is here so ramping up my lift research.
    I have a 95 4cyl, 5 spd 4x4 reg cab.
I want to raise it 3".
my truck is is going to be 99% on road.
So I understand that using spacers with stock struts/coils in the fron will change the ride, will have much affect on the road? Or is it mainly off roading that is affected?
I can afford the bilstiens or OME lift, but do I actually "need" it for on road driving?

I am going to replace the rear springs/shocks and the struts/coils up front anyway.
So I am putting together an apples to apples (or at least trying to) of either dropping $1000+ on OME with lift spings in back or spacers and stock springs/shocks for around $750.

I agree with these guys. You can feel every little thing on the road like it was a huge pot-hole. Save some extra cash and do it right

thanks guys..mine already rides awful. I was going to replace shocks struts and all springs anyway. looks like im going to wait a bit and do toytecs ome lift with springs and assembled struts. With the discount its abount 1300 with. shipping.
I could save a couple hundred by going aal and new leaf packs from Rockauto but I think the leaf pack with the toytec kit are heavier duty.

I'll be honest with you, my truck has a 1.5" strut spacer up front and it's the rear that rides super stiff with the AAL.

thanks. I am actually going to take a chance with spacers. I have Had a few pm from others here and talked with some guys that have spacers and they are all happy with them. I won't be installing until spring when it warms up.
Ill post my experience when its done.
