I have an '06 Prerunner that I bought new and have always had this issue. When I put the control on the floor heater setting, the fan blows fine.....just no air coming out of any floor vents. It works great from the dash vents, but not on the floor. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

possibly the blend door actuator or control knob itself.

pop the glovebox out and see if you can see the blend door actuating whn you change the settings

I'll check that. However, it seems to work fine at the other settings. It's had me puzzled ever since it was new. Just figured it was a glitch of some kind. Thanks for the info!

I get a little heat from my floor vents unless I close off my dash vents and then it works OK.
