Bro that is best way to lift back, the leafs. I am new, and I know that. If you go look on your truck, you can see that leafs increase height.

However, I am not 100% on if it increases your ride height, or your clearence height?! Ground clearence is usually based on lowest spot of belly, but other lifts put the body up.

The AAL will probably get you close but as it gets broken in you'll most likely lose some of that lift especially if your current leaf springs are worn. If you have the money for it a new leaf pack might be the way to go for a definite 3 inches.

3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.
I'm sure they will lift you close to 3" but AALs on worn out springs is just a bandaid. May last a year depending how you use the truck/ weight in bed but will probably slowly start to settle then take the shape of the stock springs. There are other/ better options for just an AAL. You could get a set of chevy springs a add some of those to your stock springs, those will last, search for OMD spring refurbish. Or get new leaf springs.

How do your springs currently look?
