    Hey all,

Picked up a 2014 Tacoma last week after scouring FL for a good deal. It's a white double cab 4x4, TRD Sport with JBL Audio/Nav. Looking forward to enjoying the vehicle with good utility and reliability.

Going to be looking for some all weather mats to line the floors with. Possibly Weathertech. It's a must for me!

Other than that, not a lot of plans for it. My biggest spend on this vehicle will be gas. :)

I came from a 2012 VW GTI - 6 speed. I loved that car, never gave me any problems after 41k miles of ownership since new - not that it should!

It was time to get a more functional vehicle, something that matched my lifestyle better - surfing, mountain bikes, the outdoors! Plus, fiancé and I just bought a townhome, so it's time for some DIY home improvement projects!

Look forward to hanging out on the forums with y'all and getting some good knowledge.

    Eddy

And the GTI - of course being detailed (I like 'em clean)

Welcome, and a great looking truck! I also said that mine would remain stock, minus some better tires than the Dunflops... But now, thanks to TW, I am going to be installing some sliders, light bar, wheels & tires, and maybe even a mild lift when I go home on leave later this year...

TW has a way of coaxing my wallet open... lol

    Thanks all.

Mademan - Does your 2014 have outside temperature and compass in the rearview? If I had to mention one modern convenience the Tacoma should still have, it is that.

I saw some people were calling Toyota to ask about why they removed - I did so as well just to document it. I think the 2014 should all have it!

None of them have it. A few peoples invoices early on had it listed so toyota sent them a check if they called in. If you just got your truck the invoice probably didnt have it on there.

Guess my wallet is about to get lighter

Welcome. I had no plans to mod aside from wheels/tires, but my wife is already bitching it doesn't have the side steps (she's short).

A little of this and a little of that.
    Welcome!

The weathertech floor liners are a worthwhile investment IMO.
