engine and transmission swap. Got issues

    Started automatic. Swapped to manual
    1995,1996 taco engine and trans swap. Also wiring harness. No fuel pump and rpm's increase in 4 wheel drive.

    wut??? you have no fuel pump & your RPM's increase in 4x ???:confused:

    Started automatic. Swapped to manual
    After swapping engine and transmission from auto to manual and using engine harness and ecm from manual truck I have to jump the ground on starter relay to override nuetral safety start which is no big deal I think and use a jumper wire in place of fuel pump relay for the pump to run. Not sure if these two circuits are related. Truck runs ok and no miI. just dont understand why the pump doesnt work with relay installed. Wondering if bypassing the start circuit that way could be dissabling the pump circuit through the ecm.

    Yeah I'm thinking maybe the plugs are correct but the pin out may be a little different
