    Good evening all.

Two weekends ago I came home from a trip to Atlanta. When I got to the airport, I turned on my truck and tuned into a station. Nothing but fuzz. Looked out and I was missing an antenna. Long story short, someone apparently snapped it at the screw level leaving quite a bit of the screw in there. I have taken it to two dealerships, a mechanic and even tonight bought myself a set of "easy outs". All it did was make it worse.

I've determined I need to replace the entire assembly assuming that the antenna wire connects from the radio all the back to the assembly with no break away parts in between.

Has anyone every replaced the entire thing? How hard or easy is it? Can anyone help me find the proper parts?

The dealerships wanted $300 each to replace the damn thing. No way I was going to pay that. Maybe I should just pay the overpriced $50 for assembly and $60 for the antenna mast from them....NOT.

I just want to find the right parts and do it myself. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
