I am making final purchases on my lift components. What I want to know is, when installing front coils and struts, are they going to mangle the existing top plate and hardware trying to remove them? Will I be able to reuse my top mounting plate or do I need a new one? Do I also need bushings and washers? Is it worth it to pay the extra and have them assembled prior to shipping? Thanks, Jay

Reusable. Up to you if you want them pre-assembled. If you dont want to mess with a spring compressor, or pay a shop $40 or so to swap them for you, it is definitely worth it. Saves on time too. I did them myself reusing top plates and stuff.

I reused them. Used a spring compressor in the garage I did the work in and didnt have any issues with 'em. Just be careful.
