Anyone ever install one of these bumpers?

I'm not 100% sure I want to go with a plate bumper (like All Pro). Still deciding.

but I do need to replace my rear bumper as my stock one was damaged.

I wanted to paint mine black anyway. And this one piece makes it seem simpler and cleaner.

The main reason I didn't want to go with an aftermarket plate bumper is because of trailer hitch ratings/safety. I'd like to know my stock hitch is DOT approved.

I also like the step area of the stock bumper. Aftermarket ones seem to not incorporate this.

Anyway, looking for feedback. Oh, and anyone know why this wouldn't fit a SR5?
