If any of you have been following my issue with my lift and tires you will know that it has been utter hell the past three weeks.

    Rundown of the story:

Three weeks and less than 500 miles ago I lifted 6" got bigger tires, tires wouldn't balance and steering was all over the place from 10-2 at highway speeds. 4 shops and 8 balances, 4 alignments and tearing the whole front in off and putting it all back together later. Still my truck was all over. I had bought brand new General Grabber AT2's in 285-75-16 From a local mom and pop store here in town that I have dealt with for years and they absolutley refused any help. I asked for a refund and them to take the tires off, No. I asked for different Tires no. They lost a customer right then and there.

Then a member who has never met me but hopefully one day I can at least buy him a beer or shake his hand stepped in.

DXPSMAN aka Brandon who is miles and miles hours upon hours away contacted me.

He was able to get me into a reputable shop and get my issues taken care of in one visit. I won't throw out the name of the company he sent me to because he works there and that is up to him if he wants that info divulged. Anyways he sent me to a shop from miles away that happened to be a short drive from my house. I went there and they road force balanced all 4 tires and found an issue with 2. The first one would not balance out. So they turned the tire on the rim and attempted again. This time they got it closer but no dice. The tire was bad. The second was the same.

One phone call to Brandon and the wheels (no pun intended) where in motion. He was able to take back the tires even though I didn't purchase them from him or from this other company I was currently at. They ate the cost of the original purchase and put me in a brand new set of Duratracs for a few dollars more than what I had already paid the other shop. Even the guys at the new shop were just awesome to deal with and gave me no issues. I could not put into words the gratitude that I was shown by Brandon and his company.

They had no dog in this fight but still did everything they could do to make it right. They are sending my old tires back to General for compensation. And hopefully General will not give them the run around.

I just wanted to Say thank you so much Brandon for doing what you didn't have to do and you and your company has won a customer for life. Thank you so much.

Bravo Zulu to Brandon. That was an awesome thing to do.

Building up good karma never hurts... if the opportunity arises to help someone, and you're able... you should do it. Feels good, too.
