Hello all. 99 Prerunner 2.7L ext cab

Look at my bumper! Is this normal or am I just being anal. I just noticed today that I have big gap in between the bumper and the white part under the headlight. Im not sure if this is normal but does anyone else have this?

Im curious because I never noticed it before. Im wondering if some assface hit and run me. See pics thanks.

If you want to try and lessen the gap, loosen the four 14mm bolts holding it to the frame and the two 10mm nuts on the sides, readjust it, then tighten them all down again.
