So I was backing into the warehouse at work when the garage door fell down and I went right into it. It appears to be clear coat scratches and paint transfer only (and some scratches on the weatherstrip on the back window...but I'm not worried about that because if it really bothers me at some point I can just replace the weatherstrip.

I've attached some photos of the damage...is there anything you think I can get at AutoZone on my break and try to work it out? As I said it appears to mostly be paint transfer from the garage and mild surface scratches...nothing appears to be deep or indented. It is rough, however.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Having a mild panic attack over here...

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
    It'll buff out.

Hard to tell in the photos but provided it's not through the clear, I'd go to an auto paint supply and pick up some Wizards buffing compound. There's other brands but I've found Wizards to work the best with the least effort. You can hand apply on a clean towel. Use a little dollop (say about the size of a dime) and rub it in. As it dries, keep rubbing. Concentrate on the scuffs and use bit of pressure - not hard, but you do have to press a bit. It may take one or two applications to clean up scratches in the clear. Then use some finer polish. I personally like 3M. Apply in the same manner. Follow with the wax of your choice. The counter person at the supply shop can give you advice on the trim. Don't bother with a chain, you want to go to an auto paint supply store that body shops get their materials from. I've found if you ask, the guys will even go out, look at what you're trying to do and make suggestions on how to tackle it.

Good news...buffed out the scratches and paint transfer and was able to mitigate the scratches on the weatherstrip with some plastic polish as well.

Bad news, one of the spots is actually a very minor dent (I'm probably the only one that will ever notice it because it's such a small indentation). It will bother me though and I may see if it's a candidate for PDR sometime.
