California becomes a "shall issue" ccw state...

The 9th Circuit court just ruled that California's "good cause" requirement, in combination with the ban on open Carry, violates the 2nd amendment.

We'll see. The appeals process hasn't played out yet and the departments will need time to review their internal policies. It's possible - likely even - that they'll take a "wait and see" approach until any appeals play out.

like i've said before, ...kalifornia, by implementing "may issue" for CCW in combination w/ severe restrictions on open carry, has been imposing an unconstitutional system of infringements on the second amendment, ...they will be forced to change, ...this is the beginning...
