Hello everybody! This site can be a little confusing so I thought I would ask for my application.
    I own a 2011 TRD Sport DCSB 4.0L V6, 6 speed manual.
I was wondering what the maximum size tire I can go with a 3" lift and minimal trimming. I would like to go 33's 12'' wide. 16 or 17 inch rim, I don't care.
also I was wondering if I could put a rear locker or will it interfere with the LSD??
I live in the city but I hunt and wheel when I can.
I would love a LT suspension kit but with my needs, the cost, and maintenance it's just not practical.
From the threads I've read, their are some cool people on here!!
Thanks in advance for your help!!

The maximum tire size for a 3 inch lift is a 33 inch tire, now you might need to do some trimming but other than that you should be ok. Im actually about to do the same thing.

I lifted my truck 3 inches back in January now that taxes are back I'm looking at going 285/75R16. Was considering 295/75R16 but someone said if I was going that big I might was well go 315/75R16. After further researching, I'm just going to stick with 285/75R16 since they are cheaper.

It's going to be hit/miss on every truck depending on alot of different variables but 33x12's w/3" lift is in the territory of new UCA's and maybe a cab mount chop.

    285/75/16 is just about 33/12/16

I run 285/70/17 with 1.25 spacers and a 3in OME lift with 885 coils. Had to do minimal trimming. Stock ucas
Not necessary. But I will prob cab mount chop because tires are close

I'm goin with the 265/75r16 kenda klever MT, there not very expensive but from what I read about them and the reviews that I found they are good tires. They look really aggressive and do really well in mud. They biggest size you can get for those are 33s, as for the width I'm not sure
