So I'm trying to take a different angle to the "what's it worth". I'm getting ready to list my 02. I know, sad, but have a 3rd kid on the way and the extended cab ain't gunna cut it.

KBB puts my truck $7,600-$8,200 but comparables on Cars.com indicate $10k-$11.9k. None of the listings mention if they have a new chassis.

Would love to hear from anyone that actually sold or purchased a similar rig with frame replacement in the past 12-months that can give some guidance.

For what its worth, I have a 2002, 4WD, V6, TRD extended cab w/ 155k mi, and the frame was replaced in 3/2012 (134k mi).

Kbb does not factor in frame replacement directly.
They are based loosely on market value, so if, in your area, most trucks have a new frame, then it would work into the average.
