Has anyone done it? I'm looking into it but have no idea where to start. Anyone have any tips or who I would go to?

A few additions to make me feel cool.
Katskins if you have the coin, I just got the wetokole's. Leather wears to much in the heat.

How does Katzkins work? Do you send your whole seat to California?

I think they make the covers and you can install them with some basic tools. There are a few members here that have leather seats so do some searching and see what you can find. Katskins makes some crazy nice stuff but a good shop could probably do it cheaper locally.

Very true but will most shops have the ability to do cars?

I am sure there are plenty of vehicle upholstery shops in your area. My uncle owns Danny's Quality Upholstery in Charlottesville, VA. If you want to drive down there I can ask him how much he would do them for. Overall if you can buy the covers made to fit your seats you can install them. You will need what is called hog rings, hog ring pliers and a good heat gun to stretch the leather.

It's like a 4 hour drive. If I could get a deal I might do it. If you could call and get me a quote that would be sweet.

    Another question...

What about racing seats? Does any company make seats for our truck?

I am not sure about the racing seats but I will get my uncle to work you up a quote.
