The air conditioning in my truck went out I think. It doesn't blow warm air but it ain't cold at all. It blows hard, no chirping or anything but it doesn't cool the truck off at all. I'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow since it's a 2012 with only 21,000 miles on it. If they tell me it's fine or they can't find the problem I might blow a gasket I bet if it was out of warranty they'd fine plenty of problems then!haha

May just be coolant low pressure, there is a pressure switch that prevents the compressor from coming on if the pressure is low. If so have them look for the leak. There is a leak if it was OK and now it is low. The coolant doesn't just disappear.

Yep, checked the fuse. Took it to the dealer this morning and found out my truck leaked out all the freeon and has a leak somewhere but they couldn't find it. Must be a bad leak because Monday I first noticed my a/c wasn't blowing cold AT ALL. They put in some sort of dye and that's supposed to keep me cool for a day or two and apparently show them where it's leaking. All I know is whatever they put in it makes my truck smell like 40 ***holes in a row whenever I run the a/c now. That is some stinking stuff! Supposed to take it back next week. I've never had a truck leak freeon before. Hell, my dad's 2000 Silverado with 250,000 miles still blows cold air all day long!

It happens on every make and model. With the refrigerant it doesn't take much of a leak. From the smell when running the AC it could be a leak inside the cab.

The 1993 Isuzu PUP I sold in 2012 was still running cold as ice with the original charge of freon.
