help with bed cage design/ idea

    I planning on building a bed cage but I cant decide to weld it in solid or bolt it in using the bed bolts. any thoughts or suggestions, any comments and or pics will be greatly appreciated.. thanks .

    bilsteins all around with emu springs.
    Im starting the same project this weekend and I think ive decided to weld C channel on the end of the tube and slide the channel over the frame and then using 2 beefy bolts. Though ive been just contemplating just welding straight to the frame because why would you want to take it off.

    FYI: The bed bolts are the only location the bed actually rests on the frame. Depending on load you are looking at putting on rack, may want to go with bed bolt mounting locations if going to put heavy loads on said rack

    I seen American-motorspots build bed cages the bolts to the floor using the bed bolts. I was wondering how this would up. I really don't wanna weld it to the frame bc I plan on changing the bedsides out
