Tire stem air leak

I noticed today that after I unscrewed my tire stem cap, air is suddenly coming out of the stem... Is the stem hard to replace? Thanks in advanced.

The stem has a threaded core. Try tightening it up. Might need to be removed and possibly replaced if damaged.

Check it out, its not really hard at all.
