Exhaust pipe broke, just need bolts?

    K&N cool air intake, Flowmaster American thunder exhaust
    This pipe decided to break today on my way home from work. one bolt came straight out (bottom) and the other is there but so rotted it isn't holding anything together (top), just stuck on. You can also see what I think is the gasket just sitting inside there.

    Is this a quick fix with some new bolts? or does it look to be someting more than that?
